The information gathered depends directly on which J-Labs Space software or service you interact with:
A. Product Consulting Services
- Contact & Business Identification: Name, work email address, phone number, organization name, and title.
- Strategic Engagements: Technical specs, architectural roadmaps, project timelines, and business requirements provided during advisory sessions.
B. Event Image Hosting Software
- Hosted Media Assets: Digital pictures, graphics, and video files uploaded by organizers and attendees.
- Embedded EXIF Data: Metadata inherent to uploaded image files (such as creation timestamp and camera settings). Geolocation is automatically scrubbed or optionally preserved per event privacy configurations.
- Network Telemetry: Anonymized download and access logs (IP addresses and browser headers) strictly used for rate limiting and asset distribution integrity.
C. Marathon Training Platform
- Activity & Biometric Metrics: Running mileage logs, splits, cadence, pacing, and training load calculations.
- Connected Services Telemetry: GPS coordinates, route maps, and heart rate telemetry synced via user-authorized integrations with third-party running watches and fitness trackers.
- Profile Parameters (Optional): Age, biological sex, and weight used strictly to calibrate metabolic heart rate zones and training plan periodization.
D. AI Task Automator (Android Application)
- Accessibility Service Data: When enabled, AI Task Automator utilizes Android Accessibility APIs strictly to detect UI screen states, identify target elements, and perform requested user actions (e.g., clicks and text inputs).
- On-Device Local Processing: All task evaluation and AI model inference are executed locally on the host device. AI Task Automator does not transmit UI state data, screen content, or automation scripts to remote external servers.
- App Configuration & Permissions: Local task automation recipes, application trigger preferences, and diagnostic crash logs stored on the local device storage.

- Ecosystem APIs: Third-party fitness services authorized by the user to ingest athletic workouts.
- Legal Mandates: Disclosures strictly required to comply with court orders, valid subpoenas, or relevant statutory requirements.
4. Data Retention and Erasure
- Consulting Deliverables: Retained for 5 years after project closure for tax and business audit governance.
- Event Media: Retained according to user gallery retention schedules, after which media files are permanently deleted.
- Training Records: Retained for active user accounts; immediately deleted upon account termination requests.
- AI Task Automator: All automation workflows and application settings are stored locally on your device and are permanently erased upon uninstalling the application or clearing application cache/data.
5. Security & Your Privacy Rights
We apply robust organizational, administrative, and technical safeguards (including TLS/HTTPS transit encryption and encrypted rest storage) to protect information. In accordance with privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), you maintain the right to access, export, rectify, or demand complete erasure of your data at any time.
